We started off the day by eating a quick breakfast, then heading off to begin walking. We passed over a very old lovely bridge, then walked to a statue saying "Bom Camino". After we had passed all that, we saw a nice little Camino shop that had flags and sayings of many different countries, sadly there was no New Zealand one though, so when we went over to the owner we talked to him about the absence of the flag and he quickly wrote it down. We ended up buying some things from the little shop and he gave us free flowers. We thanked him and went on our way, after a while of walking we came across a nice little cafe for breakfast where we ended up having a nice brunch. When we had finished, we started back to our walk but he stopped us to give us some more flowers. After over an hour of walking up hills in the heat we stopped again and I brought a nice Camino pin, then we were off again. When we finally got there we were greeted very nicely coming in, they told us all about dinner and gave us nice cold drinks. After we settled in a bit it was time for dinner, we got served a 3 course vegetarian dinner. The first course was a nice lettuce salad with bread on the side. The second course were sweet potatoes, a stuffed mushroom, quinoa and a vege pattie made from chickpeas. The final course was a lovely homemade ice cream, with avocado, lime, mint and white chocolate. Overall it was a very nice short walk, with some nice food and kind people.
